Jason from TheBlogQuest.com is running a blog contest on his blog for blog owner’s whose blogs are less that one year old and who have never made an affiliate sale.This blog contest features a rather unique prize. The winner will get to earn a $53.35 profit on their first affiliate sale by July 16th, 2010? Are you confused about this? Here’s quote from Jason to help explain how it works:
I am going to purchase a product through your affiliate link on (very near) July 16th, 2010! However, I can’t do this for everyone, so I am running a simple contest that will end on July 16th, 2010. On that day I will select a winner and promptly march over to their blog, click the affiliate link and buy the product right on the spot!
Here are the requirements to enter the blog contest:
- You have not made an affiliate sale yet (using the honor system here).
- Pro-bloggers will not be considered for this contest.
- You will have to get a Free affiliate account with MaxBlogPress.com, so you can get paid.
How to enter the blog contest?
It is completely Free to enter this blog contest, so you should not be paying any money to any one for this contest! To enter the blog contest you are required to do the following:
- Post a comment below the contest post explaining one of the following: the most important blogging tip you have learned, or why you should be selected as the contest winner.
- Join Jason’s Free Newsletter (upper right hand corner of the page on his blog).
- Optional- place a link to theBlogQuest.com on your blog. This will give you a few more points in your favor:)

I was glad you removed the blog age restriction on the blog contest. I really wanted a chance to enter and other bloggers who have been around for awhile and have not ventured into affiliate marketing might find this the reason to start. Like um, me for instance.
